Rochester-area leaders are making their companies even better places to work

On Wednesday, April 27, over 450 Rochester-area business leaders gathered with the common goal of making their companies even better places to work, as Brand Integrity CEO and national leadership speaker Gregg Lederman presented his highly sought-after keynote, “Essential Habits of Trusted Leaders.”

As part of his presentation, Gregg shared tools to help the group understand employee engagement, how it impacts the workforce, and what to do to improve it. Participants learned about the three primary drivers that motivate employees—Respect, Relevance, and Relationship—and took part in an interactive exercise to master one of the Essential Habits to becoming more effective and trusted leaders.

Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce president and Chief Executive Officer Robert J.
