Holding Necessary Conversation takes some of the same principles as strategic recognition (referencing the experience, focusing on the impact, etc.) and expands on it to work in a coaching or corrective situation. This is not meant to replace what you are already doing; this is simply a best practice that we recommend integrating into current processes.
