Patrick Ahern

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Since joining Brand Integrity in 2003 as the company’s first full-time employee, Patrick has worn multiple hats across sales, marketing and client management. Patrick is currently responsible for all aspects of sales and client management, overseeing sales for Brand Integrity’s key markets, including health care, aging services, retail, financial, manufacturing/distribution and hospitality. He also provides oversight and coaching to our account management team, ensuring clients build and leverage their culture to drive business results and sustained ROI. Under his leadership, Brand Integrity’s sales and client retention have grown year over year.

Patrick is proud of what Brand Integrity has done to disrupt the employee engagement industry and make it better. The strong relationships he builds with our clients enable us to learn, grow and bring more value to helping companies create even better places to work. The strength of Brand Integrity’s client relationships is consistently demonstrated with 97% retention each year.

Patrick has a Bachelor’s in English from Wittenberg University and has completed numerous sales management training programs during his career. He has four children and resides in Rochester, New York. An avid hockey fan, Patrick also enjoys comedic writing and tries his hand at golf on occasion.

Doug Bennett

Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations

Doug is Brand Integrity’s resident technology expert, leading the team in the development and implementation of the Brand Integrity Platform. He works closely with our internal team to continuously enhance our platform and keep it a leading solution for engaging employees.

Doug demonstrates expertise and quick thinking in working with client teams and subject matter experts to set up and configure our employee engagement platform to fit an organization’s desired culture. His dedication to client success helps companies deliver consistent experiences and quantify their results. Doug is proud to be a part of Brand Integrity’s growth and culture of continuous improvement. As our platform functionality increases so too does the expertise of our team.

A graduate of the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester, Doug holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Computer Science from Haverford College in Pennsylvania. Doug resides in Pittsford, New York. He enjoys running, traveling, cooking (and eating) and spending time with his wife and kids.

Kathryn Aspromonti

Vice President of Enterprise Solutions

Kathryn Aspromonti is an experienced leadership consultant who designs and delivers innovative, value-based solutions for organizations.  She excels at collaborating with clients who are looking to create an environment where employees are motivated and committed to perform at their best. She leverages current company initiatives to design an approach that allows leaders to hold their culture accountable to the results they are working to achieve.

With over twenty years of national sales and leadership experience spanning financial, health care, education, and software industries; her ability to listen, challenge and educate clients leads to effective solutions that build trust and deliver results.  Throughout her career, Kathryn has held key roles in building and training world class sales organizations.

Prior to joining Brand Integrity, Kathryn held both individual contributor and leadership roles at Benefitfocus, Concur Technologies and Paychex.  Given her first hand knowledge and success of sales/service, she possesses over two decades of experience using a humanistic approach which yields maximum performance results.

Matthew Doyle

Product Owner, Manager of Application Development

Matthew heads up the development team at Brand Integrity and is responsible for the technical delivery of the Brand Integrity Platform—our online employee engagement solution. He provides oversight and coaching to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.

A visionary and the architect of the “behind the scenes” operations of our Brand Integrity Platform, Matthew’s knowledge of both the long-term vision and day-to-day workings of the platform make him a strong leader. He is passionate about developing our platform to enable clients to use it as a strategic tool for managing their culture. He is especially proud of Brand Integrity’s ability to take the vision of improving employee engagement and culture and translate it into reality.

Matthew graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, and resides in Rochester, New York. A Long Island native, Matthew enjoys cheering (and yelling) for the New York Mets and New York Islanders. Matthew also enjoys developing his culinary skills in his gluten-free kitchen and spending time with his wife, Elise.

Alexandra Powell

Director of Client Delivery and Senior Trainer

For over 10 years, Alex has helped coach and train our clients’ managers and internal trainers/facilitators on how to use simple, Essential Habits and the Brand Integrity Platform to increase results, improve engagement and build leadership skills. In the office, she collaborates with the client delivery team to efficiently implement client projects.

Alex has a passion for helping individuals and teams make work easier, reduce stress and increase collaboration while reaching company goals. As an experienced trainer, she demonstrates flexibility to address the group’s top priorities and concerns while using energy and humor to keep them focused and productive. Alex is always excited to work with client trainers and facilitators, enabling them to feel confident and prepared to sustain their desired culture from within. She is skilled at providing managers with proven best practices that work for varied leadership styles, helping them create the environment for a more engaged workforce. Last, but not least, Alex is proud of how these same techniques work to support the smart, dedicated team at Brand Integrity.

While not at work, Alex loves to fight a losing battle with her gardens, discover new restaurants with her husband and learn from and play with her kids.

Erin DiVincenzo

Vice President of Marketing

Erin brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, branding and advertising to the Brand Integrity bench. As a former business owner, she understands how an engaged workforce is truly the engine that drives success. At Brand Integrity, Erin is responsible for all activities related to building and carrying out our market strategy in order to help the organization achieve its marketing goals.

Erin is focused on business and market development, strategic direction for communicating about the organization to the marketplace, and coordinating with sales and sales support teams. Her experience and skills ensure our messaging is positioned in the right places and to the right people, helping our team disrupt business as usual in the employee engagement arena.

Erin loves the energetic and collaborative nature of the Brand Integrity culture. She knows that amazing things can happen when everyone is working toward the same goal: helping companies build better places to work.

Aside from helping three kids navigate through life, Erin spends time and energy as a CrossFit coach and cheering on her “wicked good” Boston sports teams.
