Today this fast-growing, employee performance company—led by founder Gregg Lederman and partners, Patrick Ahern, Miranda Wilcox, and Doug Bennett—provides businesses with the tools needed to positively enhance work cultures, realize greater employee engagement, and increase company profitability.
Gregg Lederman, Founder and Partner
Gregg Lederman is an unforgettable expert who is relentlessly driven to help as many people as possible “Live the Brand” by providing the path to creating and sustaining high-performance work cultures that drive positive business results.
Gregg’s valuable insights are documented in his two-time award-winning book, Achieve Brand Integrity, which offers practical and inspirational advice for everyone who has a stake in orchestrating strategy development and change in their company. He also shares his knowledge as a regular business columnist for the Rochester Business Journal, and as a professor teaching MBA students at the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.

Patrick Ahern, Partner and Chief Experience Officer
Patrick Ahern has extensive experience in the strategy development arena—brand, marketing, new business, and employee performance—and is adept at helping clients execute initiatives to drive employee engagement and productivity as well as increase customer loyalty and acquisition.
As a partner of Brand Integrity, Patrick works with clients to help them understand customers’ needs, develop behavior-based strategies, and implement programs for recognizing and holding employees accountable for delivering the organization’s goals. This focus has helped many of today’s leading companies: Erickson Retirement Communities, PAETEC Communications, American Red Cross, Hallmark Cards, and Retirement Living TV, just to name a few.
Patrick delivers educational workshops in a variety of settings, sharing his passion and expertise for the Achieving Brand Integrity® philosophy through real-life stories and practical examples that motivate executives to achieve results beyond their expectations.
Patrick is also the Vice President of the Board for the Pirate Toy Fund, on the board of RBC, and founder of the Crazy Pig Road Rally, which generates thousands of dollars for charitable causes.

Miranda Wilcox, Partner and Brand Strategist
Miranda Wilcox is a brand strategist with over 15 years of experience who strives every day to help clients from diverse industries treat employees as valued customers.
As a partner at Brand Integrity, Miranda facilitates leaders in the process of creating and implementing brand strategies and in defining and communicating expectations for holding employees accountable to consistently deliver the desired brand experiences that promote results.
Her passion to make business better—for organizations and their employees and customers—has made an indelible impact on a diverse set of clients, from Cowan, Gunteski & Co., PA, and Lifetime Care to Dopkins & Company, LLP, and Erickson Retirement Communities.
Miranda delivers interactive presentations in corporate and educational settings, sharing her experiences and knowledge of the Achieving Brand Integrity® Implementation Solutions and the multiple ways companies can recognize and appreciate employees for consistently bringing their brand to life.
Doug Bennett, Partner, Employee Engagement
Doug Bennett is passionate about helping organizations engage employees and dramatically increase alignment around delivering branded experiences and driving business results through strategic, peer-to-peer employee recognition.
As a partner of Brand Integrity, Doug is responsible for leading the Potential Point™ Employee Engagement solution. Doug joined the Brand Integrity team in 2006 and worked to bring Potential Point™ to market. He’s been instrumental in designing programs that help clients utilize technology to manage employee engagement, streamline costs, and drive efficiency.
Doug is a graduate of the William E. Simon School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester and holds an MBA in marketing and finance. Doug also holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Computer Science from Haverford College in Pennsylvania.
